I waited to speak eith a technician for over 20 minutes, only to have to call the store and find out that was the wrong number given to me to set an appointment. When I called the correct number, I waited another 20 minutes to speak with someone who could only give me an appointment 2 weeks out...and still had me wait while he consulted for the appointment and tried talked to a technician. They need to hire more people if they want to advertise this service. Will never use them!!!!
What's great about it: nothing
What's not so great: phone lines are awful, long waits for nothing
