Had problems before, not this time

After having so many problems with Geek Squad warranty/customer service help in the past, I finally just let my warranties expire. No more renewals for me, I thought, since it didn't help anyway. Just throwing money away on bad customer service, I thought. Of course, a month after it lapsed, the computer breaks. I think they are set on timers to do just that. ;)
This time it was different. No making me wait days or weeks for BASIC parts that should be kept in stock. They had everything dealt with that day, fast, awesome. I've stopped nay-saying Geek Squad. Keep this up and I might actually start promoting this service again to my friends like I did in the beginning (before all the problems). :)
