Initially, I was leaning towards the Jaybird Bluebuds X stereo bt headset, but opted to get the Tone Infinim's instead due to a couple factors. 1) it gives me the option of keeping one ear open w/o having the other earbud dangling loosely. 2) Harmon Kardon partnered with LG and my experiences with Harmon Kardon have been fantastic, when it comes to sound quality. Based on other reviews I've read, these also have longer battery life than the Jaybird Bluebuds X. I didn't intend on using these to workout, but after using them I decided to purchase a second pair specifically for that. The X factor for me, was Amazon having a sale that Best Buy was happy to price match, since they were being sold and shipped by Amazon. Were it not for that sale price, I might have held off until there was a sale. These have to be the most underrated stereo Bluetooth earbuds on the market. Some may not like the neck design, but I find the retractable function to be amazing and would recommend anybody to give these a try.

I had my eye on this receiver, as a replacement for one that had gone bad recently. It just so happened, that there was a price drop/sale, a week after I needed a replacement, so the timing was perfect. I also have a 1040 and love both of them equally. The only drawback with Sony receivers is, setup is not ideal if one isn't connecting this to a monitor or TV. The onscreen setup is relatively easy to navigate, for proper setup, but when I initially purchased, I didn't have my home theater projector set up properly in order to see the onscreen setup guide. So, getting through the menus was a task and a half. For that reason alone, I give this 4 out of 5 stars. Now, for those that are looking for a mid-priced receiver, I'd say it's worth the $599 that it costs, but keep an eye out for another price drop. Once it goes on sale, it's a definitely "must have." Only thing remaining is to add a secondary subwoofer, for me. Since most audio on movies and TV aren't made for anything more than 7.2 right now, I'd say that this is a better bang for the buck than purchasing a 9.2 or more. For audiophiles and people who are really looking to have a lot of power, I'd say this should only be your choice, if budget is a question. Overall, the receiver works perfectly with the Sony satelite speakers I had laying around. For those that have non-Sony speakers, no need to worry either. I have Onkyo speakers connected to my 1040, so there shouldn't be any issues with this model either, since it's just a slight upgrade from the 1040.

When the Galaxy Note 2 was announced, I wasn't too interested in the phone simply due to the physical size dimensions being much larger than any other smartphone on the market. After Samsung opened a booth at one of my local malls, that had the phone on display, I changed my mind. While the original Note was much to large to be comfortable for daily use, the Note 2's dimensions were made to make the phone much more comfortable to hold. On top of that, the new additions to the S Note (e.g. integrated stylus pen), were amazing, as well as the software inclusions, such as multi-window multi-tasking, video preview, picture preview, email preview, and text message preview were all perfect for functions that are crucial for my day-to-day needs. If the size of the phone is too intimidating for people, but it's the only thing holding them back from getting the phone, I'd highly suggest reconsidering. This phone is by far the best phone on the market and will be for at least another 6 months. If you're looking for a phone that will last you at least another 2 years, without being outdated, this is the one to get, especially if you're a heavy multi-tasker. A combination of Android and Samsung's software provides for a great experience.
What's great about it: Multiple functions for personal and business use
What's not so great: Physically bigger than other smartphones, especially for those with smaller hands.
I would recommend this to a friend!
