I know what to expect with contoller, but.......

As with all controllers, they just simply wear out from continued use. Being in the market for a new controller, I ran across a tech news feed that Best Buy will price match major online retailers. I purchased the controller online with Best Buy, and found the same product for $3.00 less. I called the 1-888 Best Buy number to get a refund for the price difference, and I can tell you the $3.00 refund is not worth the effort. I was on the phone two (2) times before i was suddenly disconnected, and the third time, as I write this review, I was on the line for 25 minutes, and the line was suddenly dropped again. This review is not for the product, but for the less than stellar customer service using what seems to be a substandard phone service provider. Additionally, I gave them my phone number to call me back in case we were disconnected, but I received no callbacks.
