Best film since Insidious

This is the best film since Insidious. Makes sense though given that they are both directed by James Wan. The movie was very scary and supposedly based on the true story of the warrens. Certainly they are religious crackpots but whatever. Transfer and lossless sound were both strong. Watch it in the dark.

The PG-13 Ratings Didn't hurt it as much as I thou

The PG-13 rating didn't hurt this movie as much as I thought. I wish it had been R. However it managed to keep the excitment and tension going through the whole thing. The ending was reshot but it still works. The extra weren't anything to brag about. The transfer and sound were very strong.

It is supposed to be a classic but.....

So this is one of those films that is supposed to be a classic horror film but it really isn't. This disc contains the final cut only which I figured would be better and im sure to people who love this garbage it is but ohh boy was this weak. It has a solid set of extras but I have watched this twice now and it hurt both times.

Good if you like the Theatrical cut already

If you already dug the movie than this edition is even better. Disc includes both the theatrical and directors cuts on 2 different discs. Overall I would say this isn't as good as the first but still a fun movie.

If you are looking for a smart tv - this is it! The sound & picture in store didn't seem to compare to more expensive TVs; however, once we got it home and into a better environment for acoustics - we found the sound to be very crisp (and loud). There is a not of bass, but you will hear the small insect on the leaf in the background. Pretty cool. The picture is weird. Up close, it is very bright. But, when you're 15 feet away - it is wonderful. We are not using the Roku part of the TV - but plan to in the future (when we can get out of our cable contract). No need for both.
Excited about all the apps. The only reason I did not give this TV 5 stars is because each time you turn it on, it goes to the TV's home menu and you have to choose cable each time. But, maybe when we get rid of cable, it will be perfect.

Go into the menu and there is a setting to come on straight to cable.
