I bought this for $50. at bestbuy. I hooked it up and have had no problems what so ever.
What's great about it: easy to install and does the job
What's not so great: dont expect to make a movie with it
I would recommend this to a friend!

The box this came in looked cool and the small usb tuner looked cool. The Tuner worked for about a week before it stopped working and became a nightmare.The little remote never worked half the time. I don't know about there pci tuners but this usb tuner is JUNK!
What's great about it: cool concept
What's not so great: it doesn't work, software is junk, remote works half the time
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
