I've owned this microwave for over ten years. It has been serviced twice. The last time for the carosel motor. It shut down again yesterday. I will call for service, but if it is a major repair, I will get a new one. It has not changed in the last ten years! Well, if that is the case, I will get it again. This is a great microwave. We don't use our oven except for roasting large turkeys.

What's not so great: None
