Won't work with my Mac Tower
Byjhizzofromlos angeles
Well, I was on the hunt for a thin 27" IPS, and thought I had found it. Just bought it today and have been trying to set it up. I have a Mac Pro Intel based Tower from 2009. Problem is, although the monitor says is is 1920x1080 rez, when I set the display to that resolution, it freaks out. Blinks on and off repeatedly, until I switch it to a lower rez. I tried using two different brands of Mini Display to HDMI adapter, and tried a DVI to HDMI adapter, no luck with any of them. Very frustrating, as I really wanted to like this one. It's very good looking and the price is fantastic, but no sense buying a hi rez monitor and running it lo rez or on VGA.
