Excellent release of a polarizing film...

Some people absolutely loved Force Awakens, felt it was a return to Star Wars and the most fun they had all year long for 2015. Others felt the reason people felt that way was because it was TOO familiar to what made them love Star Wars in the first place, because it was TOO close in story beats, shots, and overall plot points as A New Hope. Whatever the case, Star Wars is back and for that alone we should be glad.
This release features EXCELLENT picture quality and while the audio doesn't feature Atmos or another multidimensional mix (as theaters did), the 7.1 mix suffices quite well or what the inherent mix is. This wasn't done quite as well as say, the audio mixes on Episode I and III, but that is what it is. The bonus materials are nice but come off a little "corporate-y" at times, and we know another release with OTHER bonus materials is on it's way.
The steelbook is really rad, especially on the inside (though I could've done with some else other than Phasma on the back) and goes great if you picked up the steelbooks of 1-6.

Absolutely ridiculous fun

This film is over-the-top ridiculousness and if you're a fan at all of such B-Movie action films of the 80's, you'll enjoy this. Chuck Norris basically plays Chuck Norris and he can't be stopped, no matter how many terrorists come his way!
This isn't the most "all in" release from Shout factory, but it's got a lot of great interviews with the filmmakers and the quality is the best I've seen of this insane piece of action filmmaking.

Fun Chewy figure

Any Chewbacca fan will love playing as Chewy in the Infinity universe, especially classic saga game piece. As you build up both his strength and his crossbow make for some fun and unique action.

Needed it quick, and it's worked just as needed

We needed a charger and quick for one of our Canon DSLR's so we picked this up, it did a great job for that particular event and we've used it a ton since then. It works, is reliable and so you can't go wrong if you need a charger for a Canon.

Excellent release of a fun film

This is, especially if you're a Star Trek fan and even more than that a fan of Star Trek the Original Series, a really fun film that never takes itself seriously. Tim Allen was in his prime and you get Alan Rickman in another one of his great, scene chewing roles.
The video and audio quality of this release is great and to date certainly the best you'll see this film, the compression quality absolutely kills even HD broadcasts on cable or the HD viewing on netflix. There's also some nice bonus material, though most of it is archival SD stuff.
