Blu-ray movie is great but Digital Copy activation

I'm not going to write about Up itself since there are plenty of reviews about it.
The Up Digital Copy has new security than previous Pixar movies. The Digital Copy activation process looked the same but after activated, it showed copying the Digital Copy to the hard drive but only a few seconds later it stopped reading from the DVD disc. There is no file on the hard drive. Checking the Digital Copy DVD, WMV directory, it has zero byte file. There is no way to reactivate or reinstall the Digital Copy once it failed to transfer to the hard drive. Even Disney Q&A site said there's no way to reinstall the Digital Copy. It's like the Digital Copy activation better work the first time or Digital Copy DVD disc becomes an useless piece of plastic.
Limiting Digital Copy to one activation per PC is already a joke, but if it fails to install, there's no way to repeat the process is far more than a joke of the value of Digital Copy. Disney needs to understand putting too much security into a product makes it useless.
What's great about it: Like all Pixar movies, Up is great and have more mature storyline for older audiences
What's not so great: Digital Copy activation is horrible
The ground shakes with rumbles from an explosion down the street. You hear disembodied shouts from your teammates. Bullets whiz by your helmet and explode on the wall behind you, sending chunks of concrete and rubble flying through the air. You're focused on your mission, but time seems to stop for a moment as you feel your weapon in your hand. Another bullet bursts against the wall, this time closer ~ and louder. That got your attention. There's no time for zoning out in the red zone. Meet back up with your team and make it off the Battlefield alive.Featuring the powerful Frostbite 2 engine, Battlefield 3 utilizes every ounce of power to provide the most immersive shooter experience you've ever known. Get ready to hold your ground on the front lines of a global conflict, and keep your finger on the trigger as the missions take you from city streets in New York and Paris to the relentless desert sands of Tehran. Take on the enemy by yourself in single player, or team up with a friend for intense co-op missions. Featuring the all-new Battlelog system, you can track every hard-earned kill and achievement. When your skills are battle-tested, load up for a 24-player online multiplayer mode, where you'll bring the fight right to your enemy in 20 battle-ready vehicles. Strap on your boots and fall in, Soldier. You're being deployed to the Battlefield.

Good game, but online pass not included
ByIamDavidV1fromBaldwin Park, Ca
Just wanted to let everyone know that this game is very good, and the online is very fun to play, but the online code isn't included with the purchase of a preowned Battlefield 3. EA doesn't want us buying their games used. This is a BIG NEGATIVE.

What is the point of buying the game used?
May 7, 2012
Since Battlefield 3 is really about online Multiplayer, what is the point of paying $45 + $10 Online Pass = $55?
I have talked to several Best Buy salesguys and each one said they will not tell the customers about the additional $10 Online Pass when buying used games. Then, I asked them to give me a reason why I would buy pre-owned games if they cost almost the same as new after online pass. They really couldn't give me a single decent reason. I told them at Gamestop, at least buying used gives me money back guarantee if I want to return the used game in 7 days for any reason. That's something Best Buy isn't doing.
For used game rating, you should give it a much lower rating for "used games" advantage, not the game itself because the new game section can cover it. I would give the rating 1-2 stars because of the used game price and another $10 online pass.
