Can't beat the price! Sounds as good as a landline

After trying magic jack for nearly a year, I finally had all I could handle. Magic Jack was constantly echoing, poor voice quality, occasional static, and use of your computer or any other device requiring internet service simultaneously was out of the question. It was a poor replacement for a primary line for home service. Hesitant, I decided to do more research into VOIP providers including online services and more well known services such as Vonage, etc. If I wanted voyage's prices, I would have resumed my home phone through the telephone company. None the less, after using magic jack, I was skeptical. I did a lot of research and reviews of other customers before deciding to try the coma. I have to say, I've had the device nearly a month now and have been extremely satisfied. I honestly cannot tell any difference in call quality in comparison to that of a landline from the local telephone company. In fact, I believe it may even be better. NO echoes, no static, no computer required to be on at all times and not in use. Your main internet connection is fed into the coma device. It prioritizes calls over all other internet traffic. This results in significantly improved call quality. Before you go thinking...that must slow down internet speeds and delay other web services- NO, it doesn't. I still play movies through netflix on my xbox wirelessly with HD playback uninterrupted. I surf the net, watch HD movies online all while enjoying great call quality. I have had NO issues with caller id and have even ported my old magic jack number into my new coma account. I pay a modest 3.57 a month for the taxes and 911 charges to coma. In exchange, I receive unlimited nationwide calling. No complaints here!!! There has only been one instance of service interruption that I know of. It lasted approximately 4-5 hours and was a nationwide outage. Ooma was quickly restored. I checked online and according to bloggers and other ooma customers, the last outage had been nearly a year prior. I can deal with ooma being down 4-5 hours a year. When I had regular phone service- I had more problems. Probably down for routine maintenance anyway. Overall, I would recommend this product.
What's great about it: Great quality in calls, Cheap price!
What's not so great: I wonder how long it will last (the company- not device)
