I just bought my house and the previous owners had only weeks before installed this dishwasher. I tried to return it to get a new one, but the time for return had passed.
My biggest issue is how loud it is: 60 decibels!!! When it is running we can hear it throughout the house, even with doors closed. It makes obnoxious rotating water spray sounds. We were told it is the loudest dishwasher on the market.
The utensil bin does not sit will on either side of the bottom drawer. There is a rod that is part of the drawer that runs right where you set the utensil bin on both sides of the bottom drawer. The bin rocks and slides when moving the drawer and inserting dishes and utensils in the drawer.
There is also no real good place to put bowls. The only place where the tines are angled in a way to fit bowls is on the top drawer in the center around the water spout which says "Do not block." We can only fit 2 bowls on either side properly to where the bowls do not cover the spout.
What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: Loud. Poor utensil bin placement. No good place for bowls.
