Our old Bissell was getting too expensive to keep repairing. While searching for a replacement I read the reviews on the Hoover went for it. It cleans better, picks up dog hair and takes up water-drys fast. I am happy.
The accessory hose needs a rubber band to keep in place bu that is minor.
What's great about it: cleans the carpet, picks up dog hair, two tanks
What's not so great: accesory hose needs to be banded to stay in place
I would recommend this to a friend!
