The elephant nose piece does not form a good seal with the rest of the unit, resulting in a stream of water that steadily flows down the front of the unit. After running it all night, my elephant was in a pool of water, just waiting to damage the table it sits on. It's cute, but stay away from this item.

I have used this one for several winters in my kids room and it works great. Also a Consumer Reports best buy.
