great movie but for the spec in the middle of pic

I saw this movie when it first came out years ago and there was no spec. in the middle of the picture. I am disappointed because I had to return a movie to your store that didn't play at all. Don' t know if your "sale" selections are meant to be that way; I'd purchased movies from your store in the past which I didn't have problems with.
What's great about it: Like the cinematography
What's not so great: Annoying spec in the middle of picture is very distracting; its not supposed to be there
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
