I got this product because I was tired of fumbling multiple remotes just to watch a BlueRay with my surround sound system. Set up was a breeze with the on-line tool. Now I can do EVERYTHING I want with one remote!
An added bonus is that it directly matches the Directv key layout.
I would recommend this Harmony Universal Remote to everyone.

What's great about it: Ease of use, directly matches the Directv remote
What's not so great: Should have gotten the rechargeable battery option.

Excellent Choice

Using 3 remotes for DirecTV, surround sound, TV and Blueray was getting to be an issue. I researched the "universal" remotes and decided on the Harmony 700. A great choice. Easy to set up! Allows me to do everything + some that I need from one remote. I liked it so much I bought another for the bedroom!
What's great about it: Ease of set up
What's not so great: So far, nothing.
I would recommend this to a friend!
