Overview: Honestly, these speakers are great. Sound quality is superb and I haven't had so much as a single hiccup from these babies.
But- I personally don't feel they're worth it for the cost. Now I'm not an audiophile and I just want to clarify this. When I listen to music I hear the music and not just the quality of its reproduction... I think I would have been very happy with a $30-$40 set- probably just as happy as I am with these. Maybe they'll convert me, but honestly to the casual listener the difference is barely noticeable in head-to-head tests and with solo play as you'll most often use them I simply can't justify the pricetag when compared to the alternatives.
Pros: +Great Bass +Great Sound +Took these things home for Christmas, and only managed to get to 1/4 total volume before being yelled at by my mother to turn that damned music down. +Plays all types of music well and is certainly sufficient for gaming +Meets all needs of a set of speakers
Cons: -Cost
Other: *No power switch, I thought this was a bit weird. Just turn it down all the way to avoid drawing power, or so says the manual.
