Buyer Beware

After reading all the glowing reviews on this Hoover Steamvac with clean surge, I bought one online at BestBuy.com and picked it up at the store.
The first time I used it, it cleaned wonderfully and left my carpets very dry.
Only TWO WEEKS LATER, I tried to clean other rooms. It WOULD NOT pick up any of the shampoo and the middle spin brush wheel kept falling off. Also, it is a very bad design and is hard to attach the two tanks properly. Please re-consider buying this particular model.
What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: Just about everything
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
