Already owning Pokemon X day one, i bought this for my cousin to play like we used to when he got a 3DS. The only different between X and Y is the pokemon where you can only catch some pokemon from the games. It's a slight different and with a great Trading community you won't need to buy both games on less you're collecting pokemon games.

For $60, it's already a great value for what you get, but this headset usually gets discount pretty often so getting it cheaper will give you a more reason to pick this up if you need a cheap headset. I've use this for hours during sessions and it hurt's around the ear but just like breathing, take a break and it should be alright.

My last MK game I've purchased was MK Double Dash for GameCube. I've decided to buy this after such a long time and I must say i'm amazed! I also took advantage of the Club Nintendo promo to get a free game so there really no excuse to picking it up. The only thing i can that I wasn't amazed by was battle mode. They changed it and I don't like it. Anyways that shouldn't stop you. Buy it now!

I bought this after going through 3 stores looking for it and decided to buy it since I couldn't find the overkill editions only regulars. You're not missing much from the overkill edition but I was still bummed out for not getting it.

I waited for a 3DS XL with a different color like the all silver in the UK and Japan to be shipped to North America and I'm glad I waited. Because I wasn't too excited for this, so I picked up this handheld with "cool" in mind. There really not much different except its all black. If you have a 3DS XL already just pass on this one but for an upgrade from the 3DS, its a great buy.
What's great about it: Whats great about the 3DS XL but with a uniform black skin
It's been an intense round. Your team and the enemy have been swapping leads like presents on Christmas. It's down to the wire and it's time for you to show them what you've got. You head toward the center of the map where the action is condensed and people are dropping like flies. You manage to slip into the ruins of a house, head for the second floor and position yourself at the window. You start eliminating targets as they dart across the street. Your blood is flowing, your heart is pumping and adrenaline is surging through your veins. There's only seconds left and you can taste the victory ~ not to mention a supremely epic K/D ratio. Just as time's about to run out, you hear the sound of footsteps from behind you. You're already shooting as you whirl around and you manage to take him down and save yourself. The screen fades to black and the room fills with the glow of your headset as the cheers and whoops of your teammates fill your ears. Glory is yours. When the action is most intense, you need to be able to rely on your headset to give you the edge. Whether it's the sound of enemy footsteps, breaking glass, suppressed gun shots, tactical respawns or fall damage, it can be the difference between glory and defeat. This Afterglow Universal Prismatic Wireless Headset is tuned by a Hollywood sound-design studio, and features 50mm neodymium speakers that sit inside an angled acoustic cavity for intense audio depth, sonic richness and clarity of sound. To get you even deeper in the zone, the headset features glowing lights that you can set to almost any color. The durable design ensures that they can withstand frequent, long-lasting gaming sessions. So connect to your game console and get ready for explosive action. You've got the advantage of crystal-clear sound on your side.

This is overall an ideal headset for a multi-platform user whether it'll be gaming, music, etc. I recommend getting this headset since its very cheap compare to other headsets and the sound can really rival other $$$ headset out their. The range you get from this headset is out of this world (well can reach at least 100 ft or more). It was lag free and I literaly walk around my house, into my garage while listening music and it just a pleasive time. I have used the other Afterglow wirelss with the expandable headband headset that was made before this Afterglow headset and that nearly was the same but the comfort was really bad from my experience. Only negative about this headset is comfort. The ear cups feel cheap like some Ross, or Marshall type headset, the headband cushion made with some type of leather (why didn't they just use that for the ear cups as well?) and feels quite well if you place it on your headset correctly and comfortably. Only negative is the comfort, but not as bad as Turtle Beach though. Get this if you're looking around in the market.
