This is the best fitness game. I've also purchased the More Wii Active since I love the first one so well. I highly recommend this, it is a great workout. Prepare to sweat. The only drawback is the leg strap to hold the nunchuk during certain sequences. Putting it against your bare skin and not clothing helps some. Enclosed resistance band is not the greatest. I suggest you use or purchase your own.
What's great about it: Wii has outdone themselves
What's not so great: Getting the leg strap to stay of on your thigh

This is an awesome new fitness disc for Wii. I think I own all of them and this one and EA Active are by far the best. You won't be dissappointed except when it yells at you for not logging in every day.
What's great about it: Variety and it will make you sweat!
What's not so great: It tells me to eat far too many calories each day.
