We bought an LG washer and dryer, had them stacked and "installed". They did hook up these hoses but we quickly noticed that we had water hammer when the washer abruptly turned off during its normal cycle. This did not happen with our old washer and it's a bit surprising that it did happen with this one since we do have 2 year old copper pipes that do have arrestors installed. I could temporarily get rid of it by turning off the main and turning on a few faucets. This seemed to drain the arrestors but after a few cycles, the hammer would return. I ended up going to Royal Brass in San Jose and had them make me a set of 3/4" hoses and the problem is gone.
Provides maximum flexibility to prevent kinking and cracking and ensure long-lasting reliability. Relieves strain on terminal and helps protect power terminals against accidental damage.

It says 6' on this receipt but the installers only have 5' cords. Since we were stacking this, as was apparent from the purchase of the stacking kit, one would have thought that the installers would have been supplied a long enough cord. I ended up having to go to Orchard Supply Hardware to pick up one myself, install it and plug it in.
Further, since we wanted to turn the unit, I had to order a 10' cord from Meyer Appliance. I would suggest that Best Buy make sure they supply their installers with at least the 6' cord and also make available the 10' cord. My wife said the lady on the phone suggested we "simply have the plug moved" which would require not just an electrician but someone to pull more wires since our plug is of the 3 wire variety and if one were to touch it, it would have to be updated to 4 wire. Clearly not a simple nor cheap solution.
