Maybe I got a faulty pair but these are by FAR the WORST headphones I have EVER purchased!!! When they work, they sound good but it takes me about half an hour after plugging them into my mac to try to get them to work, have to mess with the cords mess with my system settings and then maybe they will work but it's at the point where I don't want to even use headphones anymore because of the hassle of getting to actually hear music in them. I spent a lot of money on these and was really excited to to have them and I probably should have taken them back but I didn't in time :( BEWARE!!!! Maybe now that Apple bought them out they will be made better because Apple is stellar but these are AWFUL AS IS!!!!

Thank God Apple bought these. Turns out I did get a faulty pair. Took them to the Apple store, they just asked to see my Best Buy receipt and took them and sent them in. A week later they called me to pick them up, gave me a brand new pair and they work GREAT now and sound fantastic. I love Apple service! I take back my bad review now that I know I just got a bad pair the first time.

I bought some beats from best buy a few years back. AWFUL things! took them to Apple twice for repairs and still don't work right! I got these for my daughter for Christmas, hope she loves them :D
