I owned an older Garmin with all the bells and whistles but decided to go for this new one rather than paying $100 to update maps for 2010 because it has lifetime traffic and a larger screen. My old one had bluetooth, but the quality of voice transmission was poor. I use my Plantronics headset for that. My old Garmin was good, but the new one gives refined the oral directions with much more clarity on lanes to be in. I always take it with me when I travel and hop into my rental car with confidence that I can get anywhere I need to be, and find a Micky D's along the way. It easily fits into my purse. I liked it so much I gave each of our children one for Christmas. They had TomToms before and were pleasantly surprised to see how much better Garmin is. Great unit, dependable delivery and great price from BestBuy!
What's great about it: Clear directions, traffic feature is fantastic, better than the older Garmins
What's not so great: No bluetooth, but I had this on my old Garmin and ended up buying a Plantronics headset for better quality transmission.
