Call quality is only slightly inferior to my cell phone, which is great. There is about 1/4-1/2 second delay when speaking, so you sometimes end up interrupting each other. And certain factors can negatively influence call quality, including (in my case) a call coming in on another line. Overall, though, these few downsides are MORE than compensated for by our dramatically slashed phone bills. We'll be keeping it. By all means give it a try!
What's great about it: Slashed phone bills, reasonable call quality
What's not so great: Slight transmission delay
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this from Bestbuy today. Thought it was odd that when the guy that cashing me out, uses his fingers to cover up portion of the barcode on the box when scanning it. Got home, took it out of the bag is when I realize it was an opened box that he sold me! Isn't it against the law for them to sell new product when its actually was used?!

Best Buy marks down open box items, usually by 10%. The marked-down price is generally shown in yellow. So unless the item wasn't marked down, you probably got what you paid for.

Do you have to add a phone line with your phone company to make it work ?
No. This watch does not have its own SIM card, and as such does not require an additional phone line or fee.
