A pretty good basic phone for entry level prepaid, including a fairly decent VGA camera and bluetooth. Feels sturdy in the hand, but the phone lacks a few basic customizeable aspects - including being able to customize the menu and center OK keybad to shortcuts of your choosing. But its easy to easy, lightweight, and easy to text on.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Not as customizable as other phones
Featuring the ability to call friends and send text messages, this environmentally conscious phone uses sustainable materials and an energy efficient charger to provide plenty of fun and entertaining options.

For a standard, low cost, entry level phone, this model packs a punch. Featuring a music player and expandable memory, this green-friendly phone is a great value for the price.

Following in the footsteps of the much more financially successful "Hannah Montana" Concert Experience, the Jonas Brothers' version is more of the same. The standard DVD does not come with a 3-D version (although the blu-ray does), but since 3-D still cannot be accurately duplicated at home, its no big loss. Skimpy extras as well. This will be excellent for fans of the Jonas Brothers, but, obviously, there will be nothing here to convert a non-fan into a fan.

After the disappointing "A New Beginning", the "Friday the 13th" franchise had a "reboot" with "Jason Lives" -- a smart and funny installment. Predating "Scream", this one has self-aware characters and funny in-jokes (note the paintballer's headbands), while always taking the Jason character itself seriously. Not much plot or setup, but one wouldn't expect any out of a sixth entry in a long running series.
The making-of featurette on the disc is great and has on camera interviews with lots of key players and cast - but could be a little longer. The commentary (which is different than the one in the 2004 box set) is fun and informative. Some great deleted scenes will be a delight for fans; however, the rest of the extras on here are not that special.
Definately worth an upgrade if you only have the original movie-only DVD.

"The Grudge 3" is simply more of the same... the same scares, the same type of scenes, and the same "what is going on here" characters. Luckily, if you like "The Grudge" series as I do, this won't be that big of a deal for you. The story loses the fractured timeline narrative of the others and is more straightforward in its design. It is also less mundane than "The Grudge 2", and like the rest of them, has a really tightly knit climax.
Recommended for fans of the series, but if you didn't like the other two, this one won't change your mind.

"Friday the 13th: A New Beginning" is the black sheep of the Jason series, and with good reason. Of all of the movies, this one is the worst as far as introducing characters for the sole purpose of quickly killing them off, and when the ending comes around, it makes even less sense other than to up the body count.
The "Deluxe Edition" is a mixed bag. A great featurette on the making of the movies includes interviews with most of the cast, but the commentary leaves something to be desired. While its great to hear star John Sheppard (who once previously refused to acknowledge he was in this movie and is now a born-again), the director sounds likes a dirty old man and rarely talks about anything of substance.
I would only recommend to completists.
What's great about it: New special features
What's not so great: Movie itself is not very good

After Paramount released the first three "Friday the 13th" movies in so-called "deluxe editions" that left much to be desired, they finally got it right with a feature-deep issue of "The Final Chapter". The movie itself is pretty standard fare, although the finale does pack more of a punch that other sequels, but the extras are where its at. Two great and entertaining/informative commentary tracks -- one with the director, and one with fans (horror directors Adam Green and Joe Lynch) -- lots of featurettes and more. Well worth the double (or triple) dip.

This is the second version of "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader" on the DS, and there has been little to no change in between. Not that its a bad thing, but if you have the other version, there is really no need to upgrade unless you run out of questions. And that is something you will do sooner than later. There are more than 600 questions (as advertised on the package), but spread out between several topics, you will repeat them pretty fast. Other than that, the game is fast moving, and great for a quick time killer. Fans of the show won't be disappointed.

Having had this game for the Wii, I decided to pick up the DS version (which came out first) and was not disappointed. Some challenges are similiar but many are different so it is not redundant to own both versions. It is especially fun with a group of other DS owners. I find that the expert levels are near impossible to master, but that is probably the point so you can always be challenged. A great, inexpensive game that also makes for a good time killer in those down times.

Another non-game for the Nintendo DS, but this one is actually worth it, especially if you are prepping for the SATs. Very informative and deep, My SAT Coach has multiple mini games and memorization tools and techniques that can legitimately improve your SAT score. The downside is that there are not many test options when it comes to practicing the SAT, as its basically just two different run throughs. Overall, a handy tool and probably one of the better titles of the My Coach series.
What's great about it: Great training, fun minigames
What's not so great: Not enough practice final test options
