Nintendo is still the king of handheld gaming

I've owned every iteration of the "game boy" since the first one, and this is the best one yet. Long battery life, beautiful screens, and comfortable to hold. Cons: The 3D (while impressive) tends to give me headaches and you MUST keep the 3ds still or else you won't get the full effect. However, I was extremely happy that they included a 3d slider that allows you to turn it off if you prefer. The only other problem I have is that there's no slot for your game boy advance games. I understand that from a design standpoint, this would make the handheld heavier and probably bulkier, but I still wish I could play my old GBA games on the larger screen. I opted to hold onto my DS Lite for this purpose though, so it's really not a big problem for me.
This is a must buy, for all handheld gaming lovers!!

What's not so great: 3D is touchy, no slot for advance games

Star Trek at it's best

J.J. Abrams has done it again! This brilliant take on the Star Trek mythos perfectly mixed everything I love about action movies and everything I ever loved about Star Trek. It has great comedy, dialogue, special fx, and more. This movie should be on every Trekkie's shelf and especially every action movie lover's shelf. The only thing that keeps it from perfection is the really lousy offering of extras (read: besides commentary....there isn't any)

Decent DVD shelf, better CD shelf

We bought this media tower expecting it to be the same as 2 others that we bought from best buy a while back. This one is actually much smaller and seems to be meant more for CD's than DVD's but it works just fine for our extensive DVD collection. It was our own fault for not double checking the dimensions of the tower so I don't fault it for being too small.
