I wanted to use my PC for my gaming (not to have to go to the basement to play). This device works great on my PC and to not have wires is even better.

The laptop adapter was very flexible in its use. It had all of the power tips that I would ever need. The cord was plenty long to allow for ease of use. The adapter functioned flawlessly and did not get too hot.

will this charger work with Lenovo/IBM ThinkPad Twist S230u ?

Not sure, but with all the power tips it had, I am sure it would. The power requirements would not be an issue.
