Check your expiration date, mine was expired. They took it back, but lets see if they send a replacement box out as they promised.

okay but needs improvement

I like the idea of a portable HD radio, that is why I bought it. Was a great little radio, but when it came to the HD portion of the radio, it definately needs some serious reception improvements. It worked as long as you were outside, but if in a building it wasn't happening. I ended up returning it for that reason--have a phone for FM radio or a tablet. I wanted the HD. That is all I listen to in my car since WLTE left and changed to country. 104.1 on HD2 is the new WLTE if you liked that channel.

This is my first GPS. Was alot to learn and getting use to being I got the highest one. I have Homer for my voice, and it's funny, just wish it had more things to say. I also bought the ECO plug-in to be able to watch my car specs and fuel economy and try to get the best mileage out of the car.
The price is alittle high, but with all it does as long as the quality is there I am okay with it.They should of included the ECO plug in with the price not add another $100.00 bucks to the unit. I am very happy though. Used it on my first drive to North Dakota and it worked great.

Great documentary, however, it had a defect in it. There was distortion through out it and when I exchanged it, that one had the same issue. Overall, not enough distortion for it to be bothersome. Also, I have the regular DVD version of this documentary and there isn't any distortion.

when was the last time your player was checked for upgrades online?? With many of the Diney movies, your firmware must be upgraded with Disney. Found that out to be true with Cinderella. Just something to try.

Was told that Best Buy was going to send a free replacement box for the outdated box they sent, what I got in return was their hot chocolate by another company, which they were clearancing out for six bucks a box, which was only a 16 serving box instead of the 44 serving which the Swiss Miss was. Didn't hold up to their promise!!!!!!!!!
It not that the chocolate they sent was bad, cause it is good cocoa, it's the fact that they didn't do as they promised. Don't make promises you can't keep, Best Buy!!!!!

they sent me a 16 piece of their cheaper brand,Keurig - Cafe Escapes Milk Chocolate Hot Chocolate K-Cup Pods instead. Not that it wasn't good chocolate---it was the fact that they told me they would send and replace the product I originally bought. So I waited almost 3 weeks for the replacement they did send, and they didn't even take the time to send, even if a generic letter, a "sorry note," to explain why they were sending it, being they send me food that was outdated!!
