I have a choppy video

I have my pc hooked to home theater projector and my roof antenna run into this usb tv tuner card. The set up was very easy and the picture quality is great. However, if I maximize the size of the video to fill the screen, the video is extremely choppy. I'm not sure if this is a graphics card issue or what. I know that this tv tuner uses a lot of power from your graphics card. I'm running the nividia 7100 with 256mb graphics card. If it's not the graphics card, then this is a horrible buy, but not sure what would be better. 3 stars until I determine why the choppy video.
What's great about it: Ease of set-up
What's not so great: remote sucks; choppy video
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am looking to get the best virus protection for my lap top. Not sure what one I should get. Any suggestions?

We just recieved a new Acer laptop as a gift. I need to get some good protection as I have had magor virus problems in the past. I have been looking at a few but am not sure what one to get.
Webroot AntiVirus with spy Sweeper 2010
Norten Antivirus 2010
Webroot Spy Sweeper 2011
Trend Micro Premium Protection (internet security/LoJack)
Any suggestions would be great!
Avira antivirus, it's free online, doesn't slow your computer down as much as Norton. I've never had a problem with a virus since installing Avira. We have three computers in our home all running it and no problems. Just google in avira antivirus and download the version of your choice (we use the free version).
