Verified Purchase:Yes
Bought this remote as I was tired of having 5 remotes to control all the components of my TV even though 4 of them are Samsung brand components. One remote wouldn't do everything.
This remote works great and met all my needs. Very easy to program when looking the information up online. Easy to set up special functions that silence my sound bar, turn on my surround sound, and switch everything to my Blu-Ray player.
Only complaint is it's limited to five devices. Would love to have a few more which seems like a software only problem. Then I could control a few more devices in my house including my X-Box and Computer.
Also the buttons are not very bright in a dark setting. The screen is bright however the buttons themselves are dim and there's no setting that I could locate to change that.
What's great about it: Multi-Devices
What's not so great: Limited to five devices, not very bright in dark
I would recommend this to a friend!

Superb - Much Better than Wii Fit

I bought this the day it came out and have not been disappointed yet. I purchased the Wii about two weeks ago as I love video games but am tired of sitting and playing them. I also wanted a good workout program as well. I originally bougth the Wii Fit however that became old very fast. In just the first week I had unlocked half the advanced options.
Fast forward to the ES Sports Active. The graphics are very high quality for a program such as this. It's really nice watching the character do exactly what you do (as well as it can.)
My one big complaint about the Wii Fit is that you have to tell it what you want to do. With the Active 30 day challenge, it sets up workout programs for you. All you have to pick is the intensity of the workout. I actually started off with easy thinking anything more would kick my butt. The easy was actually easy although I still sweated pretty heavily during it. The next time I used it I did normal. I may move up to hard/advanced to get a harder workout in.
The resistance band is actually pretty week, but it's really hard to pick a resistance for everyone to include. I think I'll just go to Walmart to get a higher resistance band for a few bucks. The nunchuck holder though is great. Very nice and acurate when doing exercises that measure that area of the body. Since I have the Wii Fit I have used the Balance Board with it as well. I believe the Balance Board is a must have for the game to add all the capabilities to it.
I truely can't think of anything bad to say about it yet. It's nice having a workout partner right there with you that does the actions with you. I felt sometimes the trainer was in the room with me. I hope they can make something like thsi again in the future after maybe I do the 30 day challenge twice and need a new 30 day challenge.
What's great about it: Fun, Good Graphics, Nice program timeline
I would recommend this to a friend!
