If I am not playing anything I have to unplug these boat anchors or the very loud static will drive me crazy. My cheapie Logitech didn't have this problem.
I sold stereo gear in the 70's and 80's and Klipsch had a great name. Mine have another name now. Worthless.

What's great about it: Sound is OK
What's not so great: Static
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
