In this comedy from Austin Powers director Jay Roach, Ben Stiller plays a young man who endures a disastrous weekend at the home of his girlfriend's parents. Greg Focker (Stiller) is completely in love with Pam Byrnes (Teri Polo), and views their upcoming trip to her parents' house on Long Island (where her sister is to be married during the weekend) as a perfect opportunity to ask her to marry him. Once Greg is introduced to Pam's parents, however, things stampede steadily downhill. Pam's father, Jack (Robert De Niro), takes an instant and obvious dislike to his daughter's boyfriend, lambasting him for his job as a nurse and generally making Greg painfully aware of the differences between him and Pam's family. Where Greg is grubby, relatively unambitious, and Jewish, Pam comes from a long line of well-mannered, blue-blooded WASPs. Things go from bad to worse in less time than it takes to spin a dreidel, with Greg incurring the wrath of both Pam's father -- who, it turns out, worked for the CIA for 34 years -- and the rest of her family, and almost single-handedly destroying their house and the wedding in the process.

Parts of the film have "The Office" like humor; suttle, awkward moment humor. But it also has moments that will make you laugh out loud. Great movie to purchase.
What's great about it: Many Hilarious moments
What's not so great: Not a typical Robert De Niro film
The Chicago Bears are one of the oldest and most storied franchises in the history of the National Football League. This two-disc set attempts to document the rich history of the club. In addition to lots of game footage, the disc includes the NFL films documentary on their Super Bowl XX win, a complete devastation of the New England Patriots. The game footage is presented in a standard full-frame transfer that preserves the original broadcast aspect ratio of 1.33:1.

Every Chicago Bears fan should own this dvd set. The first disk is all about Bears history; with great old videos of Bronko Nagurski, Sid Luckman, Mike Ditka, Dick Butkus, Gale Sayers etc. The second discs focus on the 85 bears and their outstanding season. This is a Perfect Gift for any Bears fan; great gift for any football fan.

This movie is every bad weather movie all rolled into one. This film shows what global warming can due to our planet, if a couple hundred years of weather all happened in about a week. Great Film to buy and watch several times.

The only thing that the creators of this film accomplished, was making a poor Christmas movie. It seemed like they were banking on people going to see this movie just because it was a Christmas movie; it did work but it didn't work well enough for people to buy the movie.
I'll give you a quick synopsis of the movie. One guy puts a lot of christmas lights on his house, his neighbor dosen't like it, the two began to compete with each other over everything, and their families become angy with them. There a just saved you about an hour and forty five minutes.

"In space no one can hear you scream," and in Alien it was the start of a sci-fi horror series. The film is presented in 2.35:1 anamorphic widescreen and looks to be in excellent shape. The colors and black level (there are a lot of them) are clear and concise without any major imperfections or defects marring the image. Overall, Fox has done a fantastic job at making sure this transfer is the best it will ever look. The soundtrack is presented in a newly created Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround soundtrack in English, as well as Dolby Digital 2.0 Surround in French and English. The new 5.1 mix works well within the confines of the film, utilizing both surround sounds and directional effects. Since the soundtrack is more creepy than bombastic, the directional sounds and background noises are often subtle and very eerie. All aspects of the dialogue, effects, and music are free of any excessive hiss or distortion. Also included on this disc are English and Spanish subtitles. Fox has produced a fine batch of extras for this first-ever DVD edition of Alien, starting with a commentary track with director Ridley Scott. This is a fantastic audio track that features Scott discussing multiple stories about the casting, production, and story. Two isolated music tracks featuring composer Jerry Goldsmith's score should please film music fans, while a bunch of deleted scenes/outtakes allow the viewer to see what ended up on the cutting-room floor. Finally there is an extensive still gallery with well over 450 photos and concepts, as well as cast and crew biographies, production notes, theatrical trailers, TV spots, and an eight-page collectable booklet inside the DVD case.

This is an interesting movie that may confuse some people. I have never seen another movie like this. There is not much excitement in this film, but the suspense could keep some on the edge of their seat.

This is the one of the worst movies that I have ever seen. The creators of this movie tryed to make it so stupid that it would be funny; they failed. This movie is not even remotlely funny it is just dumb. So if you want to waste your time and money, by all means buy this movie.
