the hose seems to be a bit bulky so the dryer and washer stick out a bit further than I would like in my laundry room. Wish it was also shorter as I don't need all that hose for my dryer.

Initially was told to buy by the saleswoman but quickly found out that they made the washer make a clunk noise when it filled the machine with water. Have removed them from the machine in favor of rubber hoses and the problem was solved. Seems like a waste of money.

Purchased this dryer due to a Consumer Reports article I had read. I have not had any issues with this dryer and would recommend to anyone looking for a front load dryer with many features. Dries clothes very quickly.

Overall a great washer. Chose the washer due to a Consumer Reports article I had read and it has not disappointed. I was disappointed by the noise that was made as the machine filled. Come to find out it was the lines that were sold to us by the salewoman. SS lines were not the ticket.
