Ok. Here is the detailed one. I have owned both here one and the IQ. Below is the comparison on few features.
1. Sound Quality (Streaming audio)- Here Ones are better. You need to try both to know. I was disappointed by IQ.
2. battery life- Better on IQ. Poor on Here One.
3. Case charge time- Better on IQ. Here one takes ages to charge.
4. Connection- I encountered more drops on IQ. Wont recommend any when outside in open.
5. App- Here One is better.
6. Price- Same

At 300$ price i wont recommend these. App is buggy and so is the connection. Of course we get periodic firmware updates but these seem far from expectations out of a 300$ ear buds.
