This is a great laptop chill pad, I'd recommend it to anyone. It has a huge central fan that keeps your laptop chill anywhere, and it's so slim and portable you can take it anywhere. Cord storage is great, but the USB extension does stick out a bit from the laptop when plugged in. For $20, this can't be beat!
My Best Buy number: 0532352783
What's great about it: fits in your backpack, huge fan, don't lose usb port
What's not so great: Usb connector sticks out a bit
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not worth $30

For what it's worth, this game could have been made a lot better. The graphics are ok, the music seems to be one track on repeat, and is nothing special either. The plot takes you from one outer world played like a board game and each level is a space on the game. This is a 2D game that isn't very polished, and is frustrating at times. The only controls are touch controls, which at first is nice, but then becomes difficult when you are touching the screen and the game isn't recognizing it. I bought this game for only $10, on sale, and don't think it is worth any more than that. For what it's worth, it is a decent amount of time for gameplay, but not riveting or graphically very exciting.
What's great about it: good background visual graphics
What's not so great: character graphics aren't that great, levels too easy, not much plot

Brace yourself for a new set of tricks, tracks and ways to race. The included Wii Wheel transforms your Wii Remote into a steering wheel that feels great in your hands, while the Wii Remote and Nunchuk controller supply a classic control style for veterans of this racing series. Either way, you'll be able to perform impressive speed-boosting tricks, such as jumps, flips and wheelies. You can zip through brand-new tracks and arenas, and also tour classic courses from Super Mario Kart, Mario Kart 64, Mario Kart: Super Circuit, Mario Kart: Double Dash and Mario Kart DS. There are even options for trying all-new motorbikes that have their own special tricks and techniques. The action gets fast, furious and funny when you race in Mario Kart Wii.

A Great Racing Game

In traditional Mario Kart Style, the newest addition for the Wii is fun, interactive, and great to play with friends. It also provides of hours of enjoyment for a single player and great online connectivity. There is virtually no lag (as far as I have seen), but playing with friends is true racing fun as well. While the new Wii Wheel takes a little while to get used to, it does work very well, although using the classic Gamecube controller is more responsive. The addition of motorcycles as well as karts gives the game something for everyone, and it is a true gem of a racing game for the Wii.
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a fun party game, or for single player entertainment!
What's great about it: Graphics, Ease of play
What's not so great: Unlocking Everything

A good arcade port

If you remember playing House of the Dead in the Arcade, this isn't much different. The graphics haven't been updated for the Wii, and it shows (especially in House of the Dead 2). That said, this is still a good rail shooter with plenty of difficulty to last any House of the Dead Fan. While still fun in single player mode, this game begs to be played by two.
It's a little frustrating to be unable to put in more "credits," until you unlock the unlimited credits, but this game is still as fun as it was back in the 90's.
What's great about it: ease of learning
What's not so great: graphics

A Unique sophomore
on October 26, 2007

This album has all the typical sophomore album songs, but with an added twist. Since Carrie has decided to get more involved in this album, co-writing songs and selecting them herself, it is clear that this has more of her stamp on it than her first album. This album also has a more rustic feel to it than her first, it is less about flash and pomp, and more in-depth songs showcase her true talents not only as a pop-like singer.

I have a 1990 Zenith projection screen tv, that just went out. Is it worth it to seek repair?

Depends on the cost I presume. In my opinion it is not since projection screens are heavier and need bulb replacement more often, so it'd be more efficient to buy an LCD or LED that uses less energy and will last longer. But if it's just a bulb replacement or something, it may be cost effective to just buy a new one. LCD and LED will also use much MUCH less energy so you'll save in the long run. Just my opinion.

What does i3 mean?

it's just a name to the processor. i3, i5, and i7 are quad-core processors (4 processor) and have exceptional multitasking capabilities. In relation, core 2 duo has 2 processors, and pentium 4 has just the one.

What can a pc do that a mac can't?

short answer, nothing. But Mac's are very pricey for what you're getting. You'll need to convert your files to be read on pc's that everyone else is using, plus - PC's are a competitive market, prices are lower and technology is greater. Much more bang for your buck buying a PC.

Can I delete video from a DVD+RW?

I purchased a Sony DCR-DVD650 and I'm trying to delete footage from a DVD+RW. I tried to delete it and i got a message, "only the last recorded scene can be deleted in VIDEO mode." (or something of that nature). Can you please help me to figure this out?
The way this works is that once you finish a scene and start another one, the camera believes it to be "finished" and un-eraseable until you finish the disc.
What you want to do is to finalize the disc once you are ready and then to re"format" the disc (which erases it) and start over. I hope this helps. :)

we only have 2 or 3 hundreded to spend on our daughters laptop can we get one for that.she needs it for college

college freshman needs laptop.only have 2 or 3 hundred to spend
3 hundred is a stretch. For a good laptop these days you really need about 400 or 500, I strongly recommend ASUS and Compaq for quality machines, or even to purchase a more budget friendly desktop, which she can use at home and run in your price range.

1080i, 1080p the difference?

Thanks for telling us what I and P stands for, but what does it mean and do for us???
I means interlaced picture. This means that the screen refreshes every other line when it does refresh the picture.
P means progressive picture. This means that every time the picture is refreshed, it is refreshed all at once. Technically speaking, P will provide a better picture since it does everything all at once, but also keep in mind that even if your HDTV display is in 720p or 1080p, broadcast stations do not always broadcast in P, and usually are only in 1080i or 720i. (Also Tivo and most DVR boxes only go up to 1080i at this time.)

can a Sony 40V4100 LCD be set to a wide zoom mode as the default for all TV stations?

Yes. If you set the picture and tell it to zoom to wide zoom for 4:3 default and also to wide zoom naturally. However, some HD programming is better viewed in full mode, which does fill your screen if it is broadcast in 1080i/p. But you still can change it on the remote via the wide button. The wide button will change only the picture you are watching, and if you leave it at wide zoom, then it will remain on that until you change it. I hope this helps.

I have approx $700...what is the best LCD Tv to buy..thnx for any help..

You should buy the largest picture you can afford. This said, some models are less impressive than others, and you should really go to the store to evaluate them side by side. Brand preference is up to you, but keep in mind that contrast ratios mean practically nothing between companies since there is no industry standard. A Good TV for most living rooms is 32 inches or more, and you can usually rate TV's on price and size combined in today's market. I hope this helps.
