quit working after less than 10 uses

Bought this subwoofer & speakers in January 2014; out of the blue they quit working in October--I've only used these speakers with my laptop between 6-8 times. I'm a grandmother and don't turn them up loud to have busted them or anything. All I got last time I tried using them was a buzzing noise. Unfortunately it's not worth the cost of returning them to Klipsch as they cost me $128. I'll never let the salesperson talk me into buying a Klipsch brand product again. I didn't think they sounded all the great the few times I was able to use the set. This was my first and last Klipsch purchase.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

logitech x-230 sound much better than Klipsch

I tried 4 differnt 2.1 speaker system side by side listening the same song to compare sound quality logitech x-230 beat all other 3 including Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 Speaker System. this speaker system doesn't worth the price. I will not pay more than $50. for this speaker system.

Agree that Logitech speakers are much better

I ordered a pair of Logitech speakers & subwoofer from Amazon and they sound awesome. Unlike the Klipsch 2.1 system, so far they are lasting longer than 10 uses. Going to stick with Logitech.
