Put this on to protect the Air for Mexico. At first there are bubbles, but those go away. Thought the hot sun and sandy beaches of Mexico would give the shield a good test. Held up the whole trip, even with my sons grimy hands.
When I bought this, they told me to take it over to the Geek Squad and they would put it on for free. I brought it over there and they tried to charge me $15 to instal it. I left and returned a few days later. Took it straight to the geek squad, said I bought it here, they installed it,and I walked out when it was ready. Not sure if they were supposed to charge me for it or not, but after spending $500 on the Air, $70 on the case and $40 for he shield, I wasn't about to give them any more money. Just beware.
Overall great product so far. Whatever it takes to protect the valuables.

Bought this for the Orange Bowl (Go Tigers!) no issues on a clear day. Opted out of the more expensive one because I can't go wrong with spending $20! Turns out I use it more than expected. Great to catch local news, Super Bowl, and now Olympics. Have netflix only so this is working great.
Overall you get what you pay for, and I'd rather pay this once then Comcast, AT&T, TW, or any other. I dealt with the same reception issues with them. Can't expect it to work great on cloudy days, but I live in Cali so it's perfect.
