Pretty and comfortable..but shoddy pins.

I'm so tired of all the ugly black headphones,so these were a relief to find...until within the space of 5 months i had 3 of them break! and all at the same spot too. the pinset where they fold up has VERY shoddy welding so even setting these down too hard broke them.
the first one just crumpled from me setting them down(I didn't even know they had broken until hours later cause i was cleaing) the 2nd was my fault but the 3rd the pin just fell out! buyer beware! I wish i had read reviews before buying these, thats for sure.

Best & most comfortable earbuds I've ever gotten.

Now granted I have a very low budget for experimenting.... but..I buy these when they're on sale for 5-8$ and they last for MONTHS! They last so long that the earbuds themselves fall off and I have to buy a new one just to get some new padding things. They don't sell those separate sadly and only the medium ones fit in my ears. they come in tiny,medium and large with one set of each with each set of earbuds.
I'm hyperactive and when i get wound up by a song i'm bouncing all over the house,often times getting these caught on doors. the 5,6 other earbuds i've tried have all lost sound in an earbud this way..But i've actually separated(by stepping on em oops) the gumy earbud so the inner wires of the earbud show,popped it together and they kept going. The one star reviews all complain of the sound cutting out and that DOES happen. in 7?earbuds over 5? years i've had ONE do that. Most likely it's a factory defect and should definitely be exchanged.
The only time "I've" had these break is when i was stupid and accidentally slammed a door onto the wire. 8$ or 80$ you do that and you've got a severed earbud unless you get lucky...you probably still have lost sound though.
my only complaint with these is the earbud covering,padding,thing falls off ALL. THE. FREAKING. TIME. If it rubs onto a coat pocket,purse,blanket,couch,anything, hard enough it just pops off. They fit comfortably enough I once had one get "lost".....in my ear. I didn't find it until i decided to stick the earbud back in anyways once i was done searching.
If anyone from this earbud company ever reads this review...Please sell the earbud pieces separately. I have 3 sets of earbuds and only 1 set of earbud cover things!

Great for their often cheap price

Quite comfy on the ears but the second one i ordered the top piece of the headband was almost sharp like..well. a cheap headband. Instead of returning It I used some of my stylish ducktape to 'fluff' the headband out. (i had used a coupon and got the headphones for 3$...) If you can get these on sale for around 10$ then great. But I wouldn't buy these at their normal 20$ price as BOTH times they've broken they've snapped at the connection between earpiece and headband where they fold.
Instead of throwing them away because the wires are connected to the earpieces i just snapped the other end of the headband off. I now use them for sleeping music on my ipod as if i roll over on them during the night I won't hurt my arm or side. The first pair has lasted for over a year, maybe two, this way. Second pair broke after 2 months and i'm debating giving it the same treatment or seeing if tape works again.
