Counter footprint a bit large but a great machine!

When looking for a single cup coffee maker that is a combination machine, not just your typical kcup drip or expresso maker, not many machines out there that do both. Most are one or the other and typically if they try to mix the two, it just doesnt work. Ninja doesnt have that issue and is up for the challenge and did it nicely with this machine. The thing I like about Ninja devices, they go to head to head with the leading brands in this category and at half the cost. Still this machine looks like a Delonge or Breva or any of the top brands in this category due to the stainless finish. This machine will go your typical morning single cup of coffee drip and then you are able to easily switch it up and make an expresso or even an iced mochaccino and the built in milk frother is a nice touch. Plus Ninja touch controls make it seamless to switch between modes and make the perfect cup of Joe and at the taste you like. The only issue I had with this machine and like most expresso machines, its counter foot print is large and almost over powering, you need to have the space to house this machine, but other than that, it is easy to use, and your able to learn how to make several drink concoctions quickly.

Small in size, lightweight and not a bad laptop

I have owned a lot of various sized and powerful laptops and HP has always been a dependable brand both due to reliable machines and reputation and quality of their designs. This laptop is no different and is smaller scale 14 inch screen sized packs a nice little punch when it comes to smaller sized laptops with minimal memory and storage. This computer comes pre loaded with the latest Windows OS and is a nice design comparable to other HP laptops. With these machines you have to know what your purpose is since this is comparable to a Chromebook, less storage space packing 64GB and is a computer designed to be an internet device mostly, good for students or a professional that wants a smaller machine they can easily stick in their back and maybe use as a second laptop. Its very lightweight and the graphics are great for a machine this size. I like the fact its easy to carry and for the price point you would pay for these machines, its worth it and is easy to set up and use out of the box. In all not a bad laptop.

Improved from Quest, a few drawbacks, price right

When it comes to devices to use for actual real virtual reality, there arent many choices, its either Meta or now over priced Apple (yes Ive owned a Vision Pro twice and returned it both times, not ready for prime time). The Meta devices are ahead of the curve here since they are wireless, unlike the Apple device and they technically ahead with more apps and games. This device compared to the Quest 1 and Quest 2 is far ahead of those generations since it now allows your actual hands to be seen and used similar to the Vision Pro. It also allows a theater mode to watch movies or TV shows, displaying a screen that can be stretched and placed inside various virtual environments, yes similar to Apple. The head straps on this also are better as is the comfort cushion, still feeling pressure on the face but its adjustable and easier to adjust and the weight of this device seems ok, feels lighter than the Vision Pro. The games and apps for this device are almost overwhelming, with literally hundreds of apps and games to choose from. It is nice to be able to choose to use the hand controllers or your own hands to pull up menus and choose things in your virtual environment. Still the hands only choice is not yet up to the Vision Pro standards but its getting there. The few drawbacks to this device, still feels cheap, yes its made of plastic, but its light and just feels like a cheap device, most likely to keep the price point down. Battery life is ok but still drains quite quickly and needs constant recharging. The dependence also on the Meta app to buy apps and enter a virtual "horizon" environment is I guess required but it shouldnt be, this should be a self contained unit. In the end this is a cool device, but not sure I would use it for anything but entertainment, games and maybe working out.

Great compact keyboard with additional features!

I have used several types of gaming keyboards both wired and wireless and this one is prbably one of the better devices I have used. Not only is it compact and small enough so it doesnt take up a huge foot print on your gaming desk set up, its also a lower profile. However that doesnt mean anything when it comes to the capability of the keyboard and gaming. Just because its compact, it still packs a punch when it comes to performance and features. The extra keys to switch out for functional keys is a nice touch and makes it easy with the included tool. What I loved about this was the right side status screen which showed messages that could be of the game I am playing or even from my fellow gamers and was at keyboard level so I can easily spot them. The coloring of the keys and interchangeable features made this easy to use and sync with my system and this being wireless, I had no cords to fumble wtih and it easily sync up with my gaming computer with no issues. In the end this is a great compact gaming keyboard that makes game play seamless.

When it comes to PDF software or software that is able to not only edit and manipulate a PDF there is really only one name that comes to mind as an all in one Sure, there are several types of knock offs and one offs out there but an all in one that you are able to upload a PDF, edit, change, reformat, revamp and create a new PDF document, fll and sign PDFs, export, organize pages etc. Its easy to use and I downloaded the app to my Macbook Pro and also my iphone for ease of use between devices. I am also able to logon the web to use the convenient web page to do pretty much the same thing that I am doing on the app. What I like about Adobe, they are the original when it comes to PDF and they cornered the market on the ways you can use a PDF and now with this innovative software, I am able to not only keep all my PDFs documents in one place, I can easily change a PDF into a Word document for easy manipulation. As a professional resume writer, this is genius and most clients I work with have an older copy of a resume as a PDF only, and I am constantly needing to convert these to Word for editing. With this software and as easy as it is to use, I can do this now. The software was easy to install, the app on my iPhone was easy to install and I can work seamlessly between all of my devices. Adobe is great and I will continue to get use out of this software for years to come.

Nice ultra portable compact laptop backed by Dell

Having used several Dell laptops, I was interested in receiving this device and trying it out with the new AI Copilot+. This computer may be small but it packs a punch with not only a fast processor, but sleek graphics and a nice set up of keyboard and an impressive glass track pad which is different than any other laptop I have seen. The design of this device is sleek and its easy to pack into a backpack or bag and pull out to use quickly. The i7 Intel processor helps to take this small computer to the next level, for the daily tasks of office work I used it for, complete with Windows and I added MS Office to it and it easily was able to function between several windows and maneuver at whatever I threw at it. I did try a bit of gaming on this computer, however this is most likely not the best use for it as its more a personal computer. The 13.4 inch display was nice and small enough to not take up too much room on my table, but large enough, it was easy to view anything, even movies and other graphics. Battery seemed great, was able to use this device for a day or two without charging. In all this is a nice little ultra portable laptop, price is a bit high, however, its a Dell which speak volumes, since Dell provides quality machines.

Plenty of features, hassle to clean and learn

I have tried a few different semi automated and automated coffee machines over the years and some are as simple as a Keurig or Nespresso, put the pod in and set it and forget it and it does the basic job of brewing hot coffee from a pod and its a one size fits all option. Then there are the more complicated machines such as Breville or De'Longhi, which are the fancy automated options, touting pre set recipes concoctions and built in milk frothers and several options and even, in this case, a built in bean grinder. Surely, the automated options are a better choice you would think, however not so fast. Keep in mind, the automated options have a lot more moving parts, tout self cleaning but really create more hassle and in the end its not as satisfying a product then you thought.
This machine is no exception and is supposedly the newest of De'longhi line of automated expresso/coffee makers. Lets start with the likes of this machine: The built in coffee bean grinder is not just a nice to have but with the 18 built in auto drink recipes this has, its a necessity to have fresh ground coffee for all of your drinks, not only is it a better flavor but it makes it a fresher cup of expresso or cappucinno or machiatto. I did also like that this machine had drink features at the touch of a button ready to go and you can set a cup down and hit the touchscreen recipe and it will create the drink of choice with the 4 drink size options and various coffee intensity. You can even save your set up profile of your "likes" directly on the machine, which is a nice feature if you want to wake up and just hit a button. I did like that this had a built in milk cream system which frothes and pours this directly in the cup, instead of a separate milk frothing feature and it produces a good foam for my drinks. Also, I did like that this fit easily on my counter, actually under my cabinets not taking up a ton of real estate similar to my Keurig or Nespresso. Different than a pod coffee maker, this is a fresher, better tasting cup of expresso. Now on to the dislikes of this machine: It is an absolute hassle to clean no matter what it states about dishwasher safe and easy to clean parts, the frother creamer system is 5 pieces that break down and can go into a dishwasher however this is a daily chore, same with the tray which is constantly catching drips from the milk frother and drip spouts and fills easily and if its not attended to, will cause issues. I would also expect this machine to be more self cleaning in some areas. For the price you are paying for this fully automated machine, my expectation is this would have more cleaning options or make it much easier to clean. Also, if you are looking for a regular cup of coffee from this machine, it comes out very strong or very weak and as much as I played around with it, it still didnt come out at the right intesity.
At the end of the day, this is a pretty fancy machine and has several features that cater to many different types and styles of drink concoctions. However, with the hassles of cleaning, trying to play around with intensities to get the drink the right way and the price point, I am just unsure this is the machine for everyone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A bit bulky but a solid gaming monitor from Sony

I have used several Sony products and love the quality and longevity of their life and a majority of their products, from the gaming consoles to their Bravia TVs (I have owned several) are the top of the line when it comes to graphics, picture and usability. This device is no exception and from not only how neatly it is packaged to its weight and graphics interface and picture. At first opening, this is a pretty heavy monitor and removing it from the box, it is quite thick, especially at the bottom portion, most likely due to the engine it runs on. If your expecting a think screen, this is not for you, this is a thick bottom to almost top monitor and I put this on a corner desk and it does stick out a bit.
Set up is quite easy, included HDMI cable and box/cable plug run into the bottom of the screen and I even was able to plug in my external speakers to a jack at the bottom. There are options if you want to use HDMI or another type of cable, I stuck with HDMI to my gaming laptop. I am running a HP Omen Laptop for gaming and it sync nicely. The first thing I did have to do is change setting on my system to sync with this size and graphics card since this is much more high speed then the Samsung Curved screen I was using for this laptop. The screen size of 27 inches is adequate and the base of this monitor is small enough where you can tuck cables in back and tie off with rubber clamp they provide. What I did like about this monitor was that it was easy to raise and lower the screen all the way down if needed and you can tuck your gaming keyboard as close to the screen as you wanted since it lowers all the way to the desk.
As for performance, this is probably as good as your going to get for 4K 160Hz and the full array dimming was superb especially with games like Call of Duty and even Fortnite looked great, smooth interface and absolute Sony quality, I would even pair this up with a Playstation console to see how it performs also, although it did very well with my HP, this can easily be used for either. As for price tag in accordance with performance, well this thing is not your cheap monitor, its Sony and its a Cadillac of monitors so I would say if you want the best and are looking for quality then go with this device. It sets itself apart from others, although a bit thicker and bulkier, it defintely matches up with the graphics of todays games.

Vacuum/Mop Combo with game changing technology

I have evaluated a few different Robot vacuums including the direct competitors of this device which started the robot vacuum revolution and established this technology for the masses. Shark makes easy to use seamless devices that are both cost friendly and duplicate most of the technologies found in the pricey competition.
This item came in a larger than most other robot vacuum cartons and similar to Apple devices, was packed nicely and allow the emptying of the package easily so you are able to start using the product immediately., What I immediately liked about this device was the quick start and ease of use when it comes to downloading the partner app. In deciding where to place the base of this item, I scratched my head since the footprint of the base is a bit larger than most due to the featured water tank for the mop water and solution. I decided to place in my laundry room and sync this to the app easily and started mapping out my floor. My home contains mostly natural dark wood floors and I own two large hairy dogs and I am constantly vacuuming. With these robot vacs I can set it and forget it which is the biggest sell with these devices.
Immediately this device went to work and not only was it quiet, it moved seamlessly through my house, a few hiccups with the mapping feature not mapping correctly, the app seems basic and easy to use, looks like this will improve over time.
The suction on this vacuum seems adequate for my low pile carpets and really moved into the corners nicely, the hair my dogs shed did clog up the front roller a few times and I had to send this back to the base to empty and unclog. The mop feature was a bonus and this device was smart enough to lower the mop pad on the wood floors and not the area rugs which I have seen with other robot mop vacs. This device even was smart enough to empty and self clean the mop pads and refill at the same time which is something I have never seen before in any device which is a serious game changer for smart home cleaning. In the end this device did a good job mapping the floor, vaccuming and mopping the entire first floor of my home and made my floors shine. The included cleaning solution was great as well. I would highly recommend this vacuum/mop robot to anyone looking for a cost effective combo to clean and shine their floors in any size home.

I had just installed 2 2nd generation Nests and 3 weeks later this was released so I boxed them up and returned both to Best Buy and swapped them out for this generation version. Those of you who think there are no big differences in generations, you are dead wrong. This generation of Nest is thinner, larger more bold screen and has a Farsight setting which enhances the entire dial, noticing you from about 20 feet away looking at the thermostat. Plus it seems more intuitive and is just sleeker looking. What happened was Google bought these guys and said, lets update this product to make it look like a modern product put out by a Google company. Plus this syncs nicely with all 9 of my 2nd gen Nest Protects and is just a beautiful product. So go ahead and trade in your 2nd gen Nest Thermostat because you won't be sorry!
