Easy to set up and good control over outdoor light

I consider myself pretty tech savvy and like to have the latest and greatest gadgets. I never thought of a smart outdoor plug but glad someone else did. This device is great and its basically like any other outdoor 3 outlet plug except its a smart plug and can be controlled by any smart phone. It was easy to set up with the Wemo app since I had previous Wemo products and it works like a charm especially with Xmas lights. It is a smart way to control your entire set up and you actually can do without the sun up and sun down timers using this device. Love it!

Entire home high speed system - strong Wifi

Linksys is just an all around strong name in the router business so when you think about them for whole home Wifi, its a no brainer that they would know what they are doing. This system is easy to set up and you can put one unit on each floor of your home to spread out Wifi throughout the home, but maintain the high speeds put forth by your router. With Wifi speeds increasing to 100 Mbs or more today, you need a mesh system that can help maintain or even increase home wifi and this system is able to do that. With a corresponding app, this is easy to see your whole home laid out and also devices connected.

Absolutely a nice stick Vac w/ several attachment

I have owned several stick vacs including dyson and dirt devil and some are expensive and some are not as expensive. This company I had never heard of but as soon as you open the box, it is filled with all sorts of attachments and not only that, a filter cleaner which was unexpected but very cool and something I have not seen before with a stick vac. The vac has two large stick head attachments which can be used with a bare floor or thinner rug. I like the lights at the bottom to see the dirt you are cleaning. I did notice this is not as powerful as the dyson however does have a Max button which can increase the power but still dont see this as powerful enough to compete with dyson. In fact they look like they are trying to copy Dyson in many areas like attachments and even the box it comes in. The holder is odd that holds the vac, the cord you have to plug in once the vac gets added to the holder.

Expensive device for Expresso, was ok, not great

I have owned several coffee machines from a Mr coffee to a 10 different types of Keurigs and even various Expresso and Cappuccino machines. Most were a bit high tech and produced great coffee. This device seemed at the price point like it was the top of the funnel as far as Expresso machines. The device is attractive enough, shiny stainless steel and is easy to set up and use and is sort of old style press which some people may like with no technology except three buttons at the top and tech involved, no lights or switches, just old style pressing of expresso as a manual process not technical enough, it heats fast and is ready to go all the time plus it was nice to have cup warmer at top but I couldnt help wondering why there is not much more technology involved with this device.

Cool device and helps kids to learn to code

My kids love tinkering around with the latest gadgets and they like to build things with bricks and legos and if you throw in something you can build that turns into a robot, thats even better. I love iRobot products and I own the Roomba s9 and its an awesome product. This device allows the kids to build this device in different ways and then pair it with an app to combine all sorts of features to make it fun and interactive. I dont want my kids playing on iPads all day or video games and this takes them in a different direction plus it throws code learning in which is intuitive and a cool way to get your kids to embrace technology. Really cool device and I would highly recommend!

Similar to other Bose products, I always give them a try because of their reputation and design. Having a partner that snores can do damage to any relationship and trying to find the happy medium between moving to another room and finding some solution to cover that noise is a welcome change. Bring on this device which claims to not only block out noise but provide other noise to fill in. The app syncs nicely to these and you put them in and drift off to sleep. The problem I see is, I couldnt get used to the design of these sitting in my ears similar to an ear bud all night. I mean they seem to curve to fit the ear, but I sleep on my sides at times and they didnt seem to conform to that way of sleeping. I did like the various noises you could choose from in the app like rain and white noise, however, I still am not used to having these in the ears for that long period of time. I am still trying them and getting used to how they fit but not sure. I guess since they are the only type of tool out there to block out noise at night, I would sort of recommend, but still unsure.

Still not bright enough but nice not having bridge

I use Phillips throughout my home for smart lights and wanted to try something without a bridge. These look like simple 60 watt bulbs but when you download the accompanying app, they turn into smart lights that can change color or turn off and on with voice recognition. The problem with smart lights, they are just never bright enough for my liking and these get bright to about 55-60 watt maybe. They are cool gadgets seeing you do not have to pair them up with a bridge and Hampton is a pretty reliable name. I am sure I will get good use out of them.

So-so ear buds, weird design and fit

I have owned several Bose products from speakers to headphones and even their first generation ear buds. The one issue I keep coming back to is not only user friendly but bulky and uncomfortable. These ear buds are no different. Sound is ok quality, good base and treble but they stick quite far out of your ear and even with ear piece supposedly comforming to the shape of your ear, it still looks odd to have this big black plastic piece covering up your entire ear canal. They maintain well in the ear and they sync well with bluetooth over an iPhone, but even working out with them, I couldnt help noticing the uncomfortable feeling of how large they sat against my ear. I feel like Bose made some big improvements from the last pair of similar ear buds I owned, but to not change the design of these was a crime and making them less real estate for the ear.

Mediocre sound quality and sub par sunglasses

Im still scratching my head at what the point of this device is for Bose. The concept seems ok, integrate speakers into the arms of sunglasses so you can try and knock out two devices with one shot, however it basically fails on both fronts and I wonder what the point of these are? The sunglasses frames themselves look like a large metal knockoff of Risky Business Tom Cruise Ray Bans, black, thick and oversized, except wait, the arms bulge out and there is a tiny speaker lodged inside the arms on each side you sync with the Bose app on your phone to play your favorite music. The problem is, the big question, why? I have ear phones, headphone that are wireless, I can stick those in when I am wearing my sunglasses. Having speakers built into not very stylish shades is defeating the purpose. Plus the fact, Bose products have declined over the years and the sound is just not there anymore which is sad from a previous leader in this space. I would have a hard time recommending this device to anyone.

Simply one of the best Air Fryer/Oven options!

I have used several Ninja products and they are well made and quality type products. This product is no exception and what is unique about the product, it is a dual drawer air fryer and over. What this means is that you can on one side be frying up french fries and the other side oven roasting meat. It even has fryer plates that sit inside each drawer to assist with grease and juice drippings. The nice part about this it is one touch set up and allows for simple and easy settings. I used it when it arrived for fries and oven roasting broccoli and what is nice, both side drawers finish at the same time and allow for your meal to be ready simultaneously. Unlike other air fryers that only allow for one item, this allows for two and its easy to set up and use. I would highly recommend this product. Keep in mind, the product is quite large and I do not store this on the counter top due to its size.

I had just installed 2 2nd generation Nests and 3 weeks later this was released so I boxed them up and returned both to Best Buy and swapped them out for this generation version. Those of you who think there are no big differences in generations, you are dead wrong. This generation of Nest is thinner, larger more bold screen and has a Farsight setting which enhances the entire dial, noticing you from about 20 feet away looking at the thermostat. Plus it seems more intuitive and is just sleeker looking. What happened was Google bought these guys and said, lets update this product to make it look like a modern product put out by a Google company. Plus this syncs nicely with all 9 of my 2nd gen Nest Protects and is just a beautiful product. So go ahead and trade in your 2nd gen Nest Thermostat because you won't be sorry!
