Of all the Ratchet and Clank titles, including All 4 One and Agent Clank, Full Frontal Assault shines as an example of how to include a fresh perspective on a now firmly recognized gameplay mechanic, that being tower defense.
While the traditional gameplay in the series remains as steadfast and responsive as ever, this new incorporation of strategy and risk/reward is a welcome one. Congratulations Insomniac on another job well done.
Oh yeah, it is much better when played with a buddy.

This is the story of Batman's beginnings. His evolution from a man with a penchant for vengeance into the vigilante we know and love is a tale fraught with despair and remorse. Then again, it's also filled with a dark side that not everyone understands at first. This is that story.
If you like the previous two titles that Rocksteady games put out, you will certainly enjoy this one. Carry on Warner Bros. This was a great adventure.

Blacklist is the next chapter in the Splinter-Cell franchise. And it is a welcome one. If you've played any of the previous titles and you enjoy either the stealth or run & gun nature of one Sam Fischer, you'll definitely want to play this. The game awards you for taking on one of three tactics as you progress through each stage. And you can take them on again and again with a different skill set and watch as the gameplay adapts to you. Very cool.

If you've ever wanted to partake in a privateer's life (read: PIRATE) of the 1700's with an Assassin's Creed touch, this is the game for you.
Ubisoft fully embraced the naval system from the previous game and made it fully seamless. You can spot ships from the shore of wherever you're at, swim to yours, take the wheel, and be prepared to take them down, essentially in one fluid motion.
It's a freakin' blast.

Borderlands 2 carries on the saga of our previous Vault Hunters, on an all-new section of Pandora, with an entirely new cast (each complete with their own special ability). It is an enthralling tale of the triumph over our antagonist, Handsome Jack. He will reap all that he has sown.
With not so many guns (a bazillion, as advertised) but just as much fun, finding collecting, and utilizing their various capabilities and strengths, this FPS is a first, in both its stylistic cell-shaded approach, and dualistic comedy vein. It's an RPS (role-playing shooter) by design, and a fantastically re-playable one at that.
If you enjoyed the first Borderlands, this one will have you aching for more, and with the 4th DLC already fast approaching, who wouldn't want to tear a** around Pandora for a few (dozen) more hours?
