Incredibly balanced sound

Stereo sound is incredible, and the bass module is phenomenal! If listening to dialogue, the two speakers work together to form a "virtual" center channel. Best purchase I've made in a while, highly recommend.

Where's the earphone jack for private listening?

If I put the sub under my desk, will I have to reach under the desk and spin the sub around any time I want to plug or unplug headphones? I'm assuming any kind of plugging in mutes the speakers for the headphones.....?

No, you won't. There is a headphone jack and microphone jack located on the right speaker at the base.
