Not worth it

We bought this for our rental, was easy to install. They app is completely useless. It does not work when it comes to setting heating/cooling, which is the whole reason we bought this thermostat. We will not be keeping it.

I bought this to connect a HP laptop to a thunderbolt display - which didn't work. This is for connecting a mac to a HDMI telly or something like that, not for the thunderbolt end to come out of a display. Would be helpful if this was in the product description.
