Was very pleased with the Geek Squad! Brought in my tower at 10:30am and they diagnosed the problem immediately. Installed the new CPU in a short amount of time and was ready to take home around 1PM the same day, did not have to go home and come back another day!! Great job in a timely fashion! Kudo's Geek Squad :-)

What's great about it: My computer was dead prior to this.
What's not so great: Kind of expensive, hope it lasts for at least 3-4 years??
