Continents erupt in flames and hails of gunfire as war breaks out on an unprecedented scale. This is World War II, where a massive conflict rages on two fronts: Europe and the South Pacific. Answer your nation's call and travel to distant lands where you'll take part in devastating battles that gripped a generation and laid the foundation for the world as we know it today. Do you have the courage, the cunning and the commitment to fulfill your duties and see the war through to its harrowing end?Prepare for global conflict presented in all its terrible grit and immediacy. In Call of Duty: World at War, you assume the role of a U.S. Marine or a Russian soldier in the waning days of the Second World War. Travel to the far reaches of the conflict, from war-plagued Berlin to the dense jungles of the Pacific theater, as you confront enemies who refuse to contemplate surrender or retreat and who fight all the more desperately ~ and more dangerously ~ knowing the end is near. Employ the weapons at your disposal, including a flamethrower and other new infantry and vehicle-based weapons, and fight to complete your mission as battles explode around you with all the terrible chaos of real war.

Good Game
on July 9, 2009

Game is good. Not the greatest but good. Still have to do prestige. Playing online with others can be rough because of bad reception. If someone kills you but you shot your bullet before you die, your bullet is erased even though you have a good look on the enemy. Storyline is ok, a bit long and can get tiresome after a bit.
What's great about it: Gameplay is great and easy to learn
What's not so great: Online connectivity, can have horrible lag, stupid rules, etc.

Has funny episodes that'll make you laugh a lot. Just get the season if you're addicted instead of these individual DVDs.

Decent Game

This game has a great concept that can entice people to play this for a long time. I didn't really get into the game maybe because I stopped early but it wasn't exciting enough for my tastes.
I hate playing with others since I try to get their help to get new items like stickers and keys but they never listen and sabotage the whole level. If you're kind of a perfectionist, you'll have trouble unlocking everything in one go for one stage.
What's great about it: Great Concept
What's not so great: Sometimes playing online with others is annoying

Awesome Ending to a Great Series
on July 8, 2009

from Lawrence, KS
This is a great ending for the series. Episodes get really serious as it gets close to the end but has a few episodes for some off the side humor.
Really great animation with the graphics for a Nickelodeon cartoon.
Don't like how the DVDs are loaded, you have to take out disc 2 to watch disc 1 along with disc 3 for disc 4. Such a hassle and be careful how you take it out. Sometimes it feels like you're gonna break the disc if you're not careful.
What's great about it: Animation and the Storyline
What's not so great: They way the discs are packaged

Great Season

Great season that will get you addicted to the Avatar storyline. It may have started slow, but it sure picks up in the end. All episodes are great and funny that can entertain any one of any age.
I don't like how the discs are suppose to set in the package. Makes it kinda easy to break the discs if excessive force is used to get it out.
What's great about it: Great Edition to Have
What's not so great: The way the discs are loaded in the package

The series become more action packed as the season progresses but I still recommend getting the entire season collections. I bought the individual DVDs which is a waste of money and space. I was being too impatient since this show has great illustrations and a storyline.

GPS USB cable

I lost my Magellan GPS USB cable. Can I use my camera usb cable (it mechanically fits) or are the usb cables all different?
Tony
I think it should work. I used my ps3 cable to hook up Garmin's Nuvi 205 to my laptop to download updates.
