You really need to read the book if you want to understand what's going on. This movie is the worst adaptation in the group. Too much vital info is left out. The cinamatography is great, the acting is great and as with all the Harry Potter movies, it is great for the whole family, but it may leave you scratching your heads, especially when then next one comes along. My children and I were very disappointed in the content of the movie- the quality of the movie is wonderful. I really do advise reading the book to get all the vitals. I recommend this DVD with the reservations that you need to read the book.
Liam Neeson as an ex-government operative whose daughter is kidnapped while traveling in Paris. He has 4 days to find her, so he uses his special skills to get her back safe & kick-ass in getting revenge.

I love movies, but many fall short of expectations. This one hits the mark in a big way. It is well written, cast well, the cinematography is great. There isn't a moment that drags. There is no fluff thrown in for the fun of it. This is a straight out movie that grabs you at the beginning and takes you through to the end.
What's great about it: Well written, filmed and acted

This is the best Little Women movie of all. June Allyson's emtions are so realistic, from her tomboyishness, to the sorrow she feels at the loss of her sister, to the love she has for the Professor. Everyone delivers a memorable performance. This is a wonderful movie to share with your family and friends. It has a wonderful moral. Some things cannot be bought they can only be felt.
What's great about it: Great family movie that not only stirs emotions and tells a good story, but teaches morals.
