Defective?

Periodic "pops" in the rear speakers. These are very loud sometimes and I am concerned about speaker damage. It is now disconnected and I have to figure out how to return it <sigh>.
What's great about it: Great concept and ok price
What's not so great: If it doesn't work properly...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
