Set up was fairly easy, including the fax set up. The only thing I haven't been able to make work is after 2 hours (the only setting on the printer) it's supposed to auto shutoff, which it does not do. It goes to sleep after 5 minutes (multiple settings) that works but it continues to wake itself up. I called HP and had a bad customer service experience and I'm just dealing with it by manually turning it off

Although I'm not happy that PS4 now requires you to pay for the "privilege
to play online by enrolling in the Playstation Plus membership, it does give you free games (for the life of the membership), online storage and some other benefits. Just doesn't feel right to have to pay to use a feature that was purchased with the game.

Price doesn't match quality

Purchased the "updated" Beats Studio head phones for my daughter and compared to my son's these just don't hold up. In addition, I'm a Bose fan and although Bose don't have the fancy colors, etc. these don't compare. Lastly, any product that has a reset funtion that basically instructs the user to use it for every possible situation should give a user pause to purchase.

Better than the prior controller

The new sony controller for PS4 is much better than the prior controller for PS3. The control sticks have a better feel and the indentation on the top of the sticks gives the user a better grip.
