First they can't make an appointment in a timely manner. You have to wait 3 to 4 weeks after the product arrived from Best Buy. I waiting from 12/30/09 to the appointment scheduld for February 1, 2010. They 8 - 12 appointment made was spent waiting those 4 hours with no one showing up or callling me. I had to call them and they told me, a tech would be there in half an hour.... I just cancelled them, because I couldn't do the afternoon. The next available they would give me as to waiti another 2 weeks.
What's great about it: nothing they couldn't book an appointment for 4 weeks out, and then when the day came, they never showed up/
What's not so great: Frustrating, incompetent and not on time or schedule.
