It's a gift card

There's not too much to say about this. It is a gift card for Best Buy with a cute Minions design on it. Only criticism is that the yellow minions do blend in with the yellow card a bit. I wish there was more contrast between them.

They may look cute, but there's nothing nice about the characters in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. This fighting frenzy will have you inflicting painful KO's on familiar opponents you thought were your friends. Take your frustrations out on Link, Mario and other characters from throughout the gaming world. Shoot spaceships out of the sky in the Lylat System from the Star Fox games and deal out killer blows in Rumble Falls based on the look and feel of Donkey Kong: Jungle Beat.Hit opponent after opponent to build up your damage meter, then knock your enemies clear off the screen. Rely on weapons that are silly but very effective, such as banana peels, pitfalls, gooey bombs and many more. Hurl old-school crates and barrels or select from Assist Trophies and Poke Balls to strike fear in the hearts of your foes. Combine Standard, Strong and Smash attacks to bash your way to victory. There are so many ways to smash, you'll get lost in the melees for hours on end.

Fun fighting action

The original Super Smash Bros. is renown for being a platform seller for the N64 and then the GameCube because the game has always used a lot of well-liked characters in a fun-to-play arcade-style fighting game, and this Wii version follows suit. While I personally prefer the original the best, this is a great newer version.

Classic Disney soundtrack

Alan Menken has a solid track record when it comes to scoring a movie, and this often overlooked movie is no exception. The main theme and side songs are all well done and memorable.

Ex Machina is an interesting sci-fi movie that, while some of the plot is formulaic, has enough twists to make the film engaging.

Great Lego game

Like other Lego games, Harry Potter Years 5-7 has charm to spare. There are some parts of the books / movies that are glossed over, but that is a very minor concern to an overall super fun game to play.

Great Christmas classic

This short cartoon is a great feature to watch during the holiday season. I think it could look a little better on blu-ray and would have liked a few more extras especially for the price (it seems a bit high for such a feature length, so look for it on sale if you can), but the movie itself is great, so for that reason alone it gets high marks from me.

Nice combination of nostalgia and new tech

I consider myself to be a big Godzilla fan, and, having been burned by the first Godzilla made by an American studio, I was rightly initially hesitant about this 2014 remake. Luckily, this version stays true to its roots. The look, roar, and action of Godzilla feel right and his opponent is likewise classic. The only drawback is that there should have been more scenes with Godzilla, but I did like how the first reveal after all the build-up was cool.

Everything is awesome! (mostly)

If you've played any Lego game, then you know the basic mechanics of this game. The plot follows the movie's major points, but of course takes some liberties with the hows and wheres. The cutscenes are straight out of the movie, which could be good or bad, depending how you look at it.

Interesting season

Having one main villain be a constant, menacing threat throughout the season made each episode enjoyable. Sure, some parts are a bit too campy, but it is all in moderation.

The movie is a classic and is great to watch around Christmas. It is well acted and directed, with the plot moving along nicely. Adults and kids both have something to enjoy with the tale of believing in Santa, even though it seems irrational.
The only negative is that the colored version of the movie is not included, only black and white. This drawback is amplified by the fact that the DVD has both, but the Blu-ray, which has more space on the disc, does not.
